World Café in Arad

The study "Is There Public Participation in Romania? Public Participation between Legislation and Efficiency" has been launched in Arad, on the 8th of May 2008, during a world café. 34 people joined us from the local NGOs, the county library, the mass media and the city halls of Arad, Pecica and Jimbolia.
