NGOs will have green light for Operational Sectoral Programme for Administrative Capacity Development

CeRe and Partners for Local Development Foundation, supported by the NGOs Coalition for Structural Funds and other interested NGOs, had a meeting with the representatives of the General Directorate for Administrative Capacity Development (Ministry of Interior and Administrative Reform). During the meeting we mentioned the problem of NGOs (in)eligibility as beneficiaries of the Call for Projects - Local Development Strategies (launched under the Operational Sectoral Programme for Administrative Capacity Development). Our interlocutors accepted immediately the idea that NGOs can play an important role in this field and promised a corrigendum that would include NGOs as eligible beneficiaries.
