14 Dec '09 - The launch of the report "112 for Structural Funds" and the Early Warning System

Resource Center for Public Participation (CeRe) and the Coalition of NGOs for the Structural Funds launches the report "112 for Structural Fund" and the Early Warning System.

The report presents the results gathered in the 4 months of research and monitoring the transparency of European institutions involved in the management and access of NGOs to the financial and development opportunities. During the research were interviewed: The Management of EU-sponsored programs ( Human Resources Development Sectoral Operational Program, Administrative Capacity Development Operational Program, Environment Sectoral Operational Program, Regional Operational Program, National Program of Rural Development and Fisheries Operational Program) , 33 Intermediary Bodies and 94 organizations.
