7 Apr '09 - Kick-off meeting

On the 7th of April 2009 the kick off meeting of the PROGRESS project on OMC will take place in Bucharest. On the meeting's agenda:

• OMC research outline;
• Define concrete methodology - for both research and project;
• Discuss content of the OMC training seminar;
• Establish criteria for the 15 NGOs' selection in view of the OMC training;
• Discuss the way each activity will be implemented along project stages;
• Establish activity indicators;
• Administrative and financial details for efficient project implementation;
• Refine and organize specific tasks of each partner;
• Establish a concrete dissemination and promotion plan (newsletters, website, press releases etc.);
• Receive guidance regarding how the OMC works at European and national level, from an external expert on the theme, regarding OMC research preparation and implementation, NGO training and media presentation;
• Synchronize the activities with those carried out in Bulgaria and Belgium.
