10 Sep '08 - CeRe works in Horezu

On the 10th of September CeRe is working with the Horezu City Hall on the preparation of citizens' consultations, based on the findings of the Citizens' Panel set up in the project "The Citizen and the Public Decision in the XXIst Century", financed by the EU through Phare.
